Chase Branham, a four-star shooting guard in the 2027 class, has committed to Indiana, he told Rivals.

The 6-foot-4 junior out of Logan-Rogersville High (MO) chose the Hoosiers over offers from Tennessee, Iowa, Missouri, Purdue, Creighton, and others.

Branham is ranked as the No. 42 overall player in the nation, according to the 2027 Rivals Industry Rankings. He’s also the No. 12 ranked shooting guard and No. 4 player out of Missouri.

Branham on his commitment to Indiana

In a brief interview with Rivals, Branham discussed his decision to choose IU.

“I’ve had the feeling since the first visit. Just felt a connection. From the coaches, to the players, to the place, it just felt like home.”

Branham becomes Indiana’s first commitment in the 2027 class.
