Four-star SG Parker Robinson commits to Oklahoma State

Parker Robinson, a four-star shooting guard in the 2026 class, has committed to Oklahoma State, he told Rivals.
The 6-foot-5 senior out of Overtime Elite (GA) becomes the Cowboys third commitment this cycle. He joins four-star PF Latrell Allmond (No. 29 NATL) and four-star SF Jalen Montonati (No. 53 NATL).
Robinson, a native of Olney, Maryland, is ranked as the No. 106 overall player in the class, according to the Rivals Industry Ranking. He’s also the No. 27 shooting guard.
Robinson on why he chose Oklahoma State
Parker Robinson discussed his decision to choose the Cowboys with Rivals.
“I chose Oklahoma State because I fell in love with the school and the coaching staff. Coach Lutz and the rest of the staff are all outstanding and with this being only their second year comes big opportunity.”
What led to his trust in the coaching staff?
“I would say just how hard they recruited me. They were coming down to OTE almost once a week watching practices, checking in on me, watching scrimmages.”

In his own words, what type of player is Oklahoma State getting in Robinson?
“I would say I can do a little bit of everything. I’m an elite shooter who can guard and make things happen with or without the ball in my hands.”
He has a message for Cowboys fans.
“I can’t wait to get to Stillwater and suit up for the fans. You’re getting a competitor who’s gonna give it everything every time I step on the floor. I’m excited to bring some energy and help get Oklahoma State back to winning.”
More on Robinson
Rivals National Recruiting Analyst Jamie Shaw evaluated Robinson at the Overtime Elite Pro Day and had this to say about him:
Parker Robinson is not a flashy guy, but he makes all the plays asked of him. He is a strong wing showing sneaky athleticism with a runway. He knocked down shots and played a streamlined game. His game really popped in the full court settings. He made quick decisions and consistently put his team into advantages. He had some three level ability, knocking down one and two dribble pull ups and finishing above the rim in transition. Has a very streamlined and mature game.
For whatever reason, he is continuing to fly under the radar of college coaches. Continuing to watch him play, how his game continues to progress, this phenomenon is something that does not make much sense. The skill is obvious, the positional size is there, and his ability to flow within multiple roles on both ends is noticeable.
Robinson averaged 10.0 points with the Team Takeover program on Nike’s EYBL Circuit this summer. Not only is he a notable shooter, with range off the catch and the stand still, but he also showcased some interesting processing in creating advantages for teammates in this setting. The beauty of Robinson’s game is how quietly his production comes. He is a highly efficient and low usage type who elevates the floor of the team. The four-star measured 6-foot-4.5 (in shoes) and 190 pounds. He had a 35.5-inch max vertical and finished in the top five of the 3/4 court sprint (3.192) and reaction shuttle (2.945) measurements.
