Georgia flips coveted 2026 LB Elijah Littlejohn from Penn State

West Charlotte (N.C.) three-star linebacker Elijah Littlejohn committed to Penn State back in June, but the firing of James Franklin last month made him re-evaluate his recruitment. After checking out a few other programs, he has found a new home.
Littlejohn committed to Georgia on Sunday, flipping his pledge from the Nittany Lions to the Bulldogs.
“Georgia has always been pushing hard for me since the beginning of my junior year,” Littlejohn told Rivals. “It has always been a top school, but once I really started thinking about Georgia was when Coach Franklin got fired from Penn State. Georgia coaches reached out to me and it took off from there.”
He visited Athens last month, taking in their win over Ole Miss. And Georgia’s coaching staff made it known he was a priority.
The ‘Dawgs got him back to Athens on Saturday for an official visit, and this time they closed the deal.
“I didn’t know before the official visit that I was going to commit to Georgia. The official visit was very good for me. I learned alot about the program, the plan the coach got in place to use me, and I can see myself doing good in the defense.

“What makes Georgia different is really just the way they can develop. And I love hard coaching and somebody who is going to push me to be the best version of myself, so their style of coaching really fits me too.”
Littlejohn complimented Glenn Schumman, Georgia’s linebackers coach and defensive coordinator, on how he prepares guys for the NFL. Playing for him impacted his decision.
“Coach Schu is someone I want to play for,” Littlejohn added. “He is a great coach and he knows what he is doing.”
Now Littlejohn knows what he is doing on Signing Day, Dec. 3.
“Georgia is a great program and it is a program I want to be a part of.”
