No. 1 JUCO wide receiver Keon Hutchins decommits from West Virginia
Less than a month after committing to West Virginia, Northwest Mississippi C.C. three-star wide receiver Keon Hutchins has backed off his pledge to the Mountaineers.
Hutchins announced his decision on Sunday night after giving his verbal to Rich Rodriguez and Co. on November 4. Following that commitment, multiple other schools extended offers to Hutchins, including Illinois, Missouri, and Kansas State.
He told MizzouToday’s Kenny Van Doren that he planned to take official visits to WVU, Illinois and Kansas State this month before enrolling in January at the school of his choice.
“I’m really just seeing where everybody, is” said Hutchins. “I’m just making sure I take the right visit on my last one.”
