Oklahoma flips four-star RB Jonathan Hatton Jr. from Texas A&M
Cibolo (Texas) Steele Rivals300 running back Jonathan Hatton Jr. has flipped his commitment from Texas A&M back to Oklahoma, bringing his process full circle.
The Aggies turned Hatton their way in March but with just over a week until the three-day National Signing Day period begins on Dec. 3, he found his way back to Brent Venables and the Sooners.
”Personal reasons is really all I can say! A&M is a great place and will be really good.”
Running backs coach DeMarco Murray is the lead recruiter for the four-star Hatton who becomes commit No. 23 for Oklahoma in the 2026 class. Hatton ranks as the Rivals Industry’s No. 5 running back and No. 83 prospect overall.
