Three-star guard Hassan Koureissi commits to Fordham

Hassan Koureissi, a three-star in the 2026 class, has committed to Fordham, Rivals is told.
The 6-foot-3 guard out of White Plains (NY) Archbishop Stepinac chose the Rams over Richmond, and others.
“Coach (Mike) Magpayo has an excellent track record developing guards with size who can play heavy out of pick and roll actions,” Koureissi told Rivals. “He was very blue with me and his vision he has for me.”
Hassan Koureissi is the industry’s No. 180 overall player and Rivals’ No. 9-ranked player in the state of New York.
Koureissi on his commitment to Fordham
“They see me as a point guard, running the offense,” Koureissi said. “They love my pace for the game, how I communicate with teammates, and the IQ I have.”
