Top JUCO prospect KJ Perry has committed to BYU, he told Rivals.

The 6-foot-2 guard will arrive in Provo at midyear, redshirt this season, and suit up for the Cougars in 2026. He ultimately chose BYU over USC, SMU, and TCU. But he also received offers from NC State, Kansas, Cincinnati, Oregon, Texas A&M, and others.

Perry averaged 18 points, three assists, and three rebounds in 20 minutes per game for Citrus College this past season. He also shot 50% from the field and 35% from three. Perry also set the program’s single game scoring record with 48 points in a single game.
