WR Dallas Dickerson commits to Kentucky, Mark Stoops: ‘He made it clear that Kentucky football is taking a step up’

Bogart (Ga.) North Oconee three-star wide receiver Dallas Dickerson received offers from nearly 30 schools. One of them is Kentucky, who offered the 6-foot-1, 180-pound wideout on March 12.
Dickerson took an official visit to the Wildcats on the weekend of June 14 and also took officials to Georgia Tech, Indiana and Oklahoma. Kentucky was one of Dickerson’s finalists alongside Georgia Tech and Oklahoma and the Wildcats won out, as he has committed to head coach Mark Stoops and his staff.
“They have recruited me by always making sure that I knew I was a priority to them,” Dickerson told On3.
“I chose Kentucky because I see myself there with greater opportunities, more capabilities and stronger connections and chemistry with the staff and the team,” he added.
So far, Dickerson has visited the SEC program once. The No. 51 player in Georgia enjoyed spending time in Lexington.

“… The environment and atmosphere felt like home,” said Dickerson, the No. 461 overall prospect and No. 71 wide receiver in the 2026 On3 Industry Ranking. “As soon as I stepped on campus, it just felt different in regard to the people and the culture there. The culture and my relationships all around the team stood out to me.”
Dickerson is closest with wide receivers coach L’Damian Washington and shared that he likes his “humbleness about him” and his character. Stoops also made a positive impression on the talented wideout.
“I love coach Stoops’ composure,” Dickerson said. “During my meeting with him, he was very sincere when he talked about where the program is going and what direction it’s headed in. He made it clear that Kentucky football is taking a step up.”
