Seth Tillman's combination of size, length, and first-step quickness reminds us of Byron Young at the same stage. Like Young, Tillman is a highly productive high school defensive lineman, who makes plays in the backfield at a high rate. Young is a bit longer than Tillman at the same stage. 

Defensive lineman with the skill set to create disruption from multiple spots along the front. Measured at over 6-foot-3 and around 300 pounds prior to his senior season. Has plus length for the position with arms that measure over 33 inches. Stars on defense for the top talent-producing high school program in South Carolina where he’s been a productive player for much of his varsity career. Lines up as a big defensive end and three-technique. A loose mover who plays with natural leverage and bend. Plays low and fires through his hips. Flashes first step quickness on a consistent basis. Darts into the backfield, beating offensive linemen out of their stance. Uses his length at the point of attack. Fires through his hips to generate force and shows the ability to convert speed to power. Has the play speed to track down plays in backside pursuit. Turned in a productive junior season on a state championship team, tallying 27 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks. Has continued to fill out his frame and looks like an interior defensive lineman all the way. Can continue adding power at the point of attack. Has the upside to develop into an impact player at the college level with an NFL ceiling.
