Originally from Winfield (Illinois) Batavia High School, Tori Ortiz arrived at Oklahoma State after running for two seasons at Illinois State. She’s been recognized as a 2022 first-team Academic All-Big 12 pick, 2022 Outdoor All-Big 12 selection in the 4X400 meter relay and an all-league honoree in the 600 yards during indoor competition. Ortiz has a massive social media presence with more than 13,000 followers on Twitter, 117,000 followers on Instagram and a whopping 564,400 followers on TikTok. She’s used her social platform to become one of the most marketable athletes in the country through NIL. She’s executed a number of deals, including with Soul Runner, ATH Posters, Force Factor and many others. She also has her own store on Amazon Merch on Demand. Ortiz also participated in the first NIL Summit.
