Ranked as a five-star recruit by On3, Yhonzae Pierre signed with Alabama coming out of Eufaula (Alabama) High School in the Class of 2023. He picked the Crimson Tide after turning down a long list of national offers. Pierre played in the All-American Bowl in San Antonio, Texas. He was coached by Ed Rigby at Eufaula High School, plus, he’s the cousin of former Alabama standout linebacker Courtney Upshaw.
