Diamond Dogs Land Western Oklahoma State Standout Jeylem Sepulveda

Jeylem Sepulveda, a standout from Western Oklahoma State College, has announced his commitment to continue his baseball career at Louisiana Tech University.
Sepulveda, a Bronx, NY native, joins the Diamond Dogs as a versatile two-way talent, expected to contribute both as a right-handed pitcher and a corner infielder.
When asked about his decision to commit to Louisiana Tech, the 6ā4ā, 220-pound standout told BleedTechBlue.com, āAs soon as I got on campus, I felt the love from the coaching staff, and the environment just screamed āhomeā to me. Iām happy to be a Dawg!ā
On the mound as a freshman, Sepulveda impressed with a 3.10 ERA over 49.1 innings, striking out 53 hitters. At the plate, he showcased his power and consistency, posting a .324/.421/.566 slash line with 8 home runs and 38 RBI.
