Hayden Gustavson commits to Diamond Dogs
Hayden Gustavson announced his commitment to Louisiana Tech on Wednesday morning.
Gustavson, a C/INF from State College of Florida, will come to Ruston with two years of eligibility remaining.
On why he chose the Bulldogs, Gustavson told BleedTechBlue.com, “Louisiana Tech felt like home in every way. From the feel of the town to the coaching staff. Getting to be a part of something special this team has brewing and to be a part of excellence is a dream come true.”
The Lake City, FL native slashed .355/.482/.500 with 2 HR and 31 RBI as a sophomore in 2025.
JUCO Pipeline ranked Gustavson as 4th ranked position player available in Florida.
