Could USF solve the ACC's scheduling dilemma?

The ACC now faces a dilemma with the SEC's move to a nine-game schedule in 2026. The other three P4 conferences are now playing a nine-game schedule, while the ACC, with 17 members, cannot schedule nine conference games mathematically.
