Kickoff time and TV designation set for Louisville and Virginia

The Atlantic Coast Conference and its television partners have announced the football game times and networks for Week 6 of the season, which features eight games on Saturday, October 4.
Louisville’s week six game against Virginia will kick off at 3:30 P.M. Eastern Standard Time on ACC Network or ESPN2.
The exact TV designation will be decided early next week.
Virginia and Tony Elliot have improved every year since he took over the program. This season, the Cavaliers are off to a solid start at 3-1 and have already played two conference games (48-20 W vs Stanford, 35-31 L at NC State).
Louisville and Virginia have played each season since the Cards joined the ACC in 2014, with the U of L leading the all-time series 8-5. The Cardinals last lost to UVA in 2021, 34-33.
Virginia will have their biggest game of the season this Friday night, hosting No. 8 Florida State. Hoos quarterback Chandler Morris has been one of the league’s biggest surprises and has thrown for 1,050 yards, eight touchdowns, and just one interception.
As for Jeff Brohm’s Cardinals, they’ll start ACC play at Pittsburgh at noon.
