What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I’ve been working on my speed with my sports performance trainer and focusing on nutrition and recovery.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I think what I’ve improved most on is my speed and my agility, as well as my strength.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I think we’ve dealt with plenty of injuries these last three years and now that we’re fully healthy I think we’ll surprise a lot of people.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Every team we play is going to be an equally difficult battle and we focus on going 1-0 each week and worrying about each team the week we play them.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“There’s so much talent in this league that it’d be hard to name one player so there’s not any individual player I believe we should be focused on, instead we need to focus on each team as a whole no matter the team.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I’d love to play college football.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I’ve been being recruited by CSU Pueblo, Penn U, Princeton, Dartmouth, Long Island University, Brown University, Jamestown, Carleton, Dordt, Colorado Mesa, Cornell, Black Hills, Washburn, Wash U, Western Colorado, Chadron state, Drake, and Minot State.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Jamestown is recruiting me the most. They’ve really done an amazing job of keeping in contact with me and making sure my family and I are in the loop with everything going on.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I’ve been to SDSU for a junior day and have visited with CSU Pueblo coaches.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I have a few more visits coming with Jamestown, Carleton, McCalister and CSU.”
What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“I plan on going to as many camps as possible for the schools recruiting me. I’ll be at Jamestown, Penn, Chadron and CSU in the next few weeks.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My favorite colleges growing up were Clemson and North Carolina.”
