GAME THREAD: Cal visits No. 14 Louisville
Louisville is the destination this week for Cal as the Bears look to break through the six-win threshold. Justin Wilcox‘s team is still seeking bowl eligibility entering Week 11. The Bears face their toughest challenge of the season Saturday with the Cardinals still in the ACC title race.
Cal continues to work through injury issues on the defensive side of the ball. Inside linebacker Cade Uluave left last week’s game against Virginia with an injury but is listed as probable for Saturday. Starting defensive lineman T.J. Bollers is listed as out for the game with Louisville, however.
The Bears are looking to get on track after losing three of their last four games. Cal did not look overmatched against previous No. 15 Virginia last weekend. The Bears couldn’t pull off the upset and fell 31-21 with a pick-6 ending the game.
