San Diego State is next up on the schedule for Cal as the Bears look to close out nonconference play without a loss. The Aztecs are coming off a bye week giving them extra time to prepare to slow down Cal. Justin Wilcox‘s team is off to a strong start including earning a 27-14 win over Minnesota last week.
The Bears will remain on the road for two weeks making Saturday night’s matchup against San Diego State an important one. Cal heads to Boston College to begin ACC play next week.
