Arkansas basketball to host Primetime at the Palace

The Arkansas men’s and women’s basketball teams will host “Primetime at the Palace” for the first time in over 10 years on Friday, Oct. 3 at Bud Walton Arena as the official tip-off for the 2025-26 season.
The first 5,000 fans will receive an event-themed free t-shirt. The event also includes an arena laser show experience, a dunk contest and a men’s Red-White scrimmage, plus a whole lot more. Free tickets can also be claimed online.
Parking in lots adjacent to the arena will be free and on a first-come, first-served basis. All fans, regardless of age, are required to claim their free ticket for entry. There will be designated student seating and premium seating will be available, with all other seating options being general admission. The arena clear bag policy will be in effect.
“We, as a program, are excited to introduce this year’s team to Razorback Nation,” Arkansas second-year men’s head coach John Calipari said. “We hope to make this a fun event and look forward to building this into a great yearly tradition. As much as we love performing for our fans in Bud Walton Arena, we want to make this event a way for us to say thank you for all your support.”
This is also a great opportunity to get to know first-year women’s coach Kelsi Musick’s squad.
“Our program is grateful for the opportunity to introduce our team at this event,” Musick said. “We can’t wait to see the atmosphere in Bud Walton Arena and meet Razorback fans! Go Hogs!”
