Arkansas' official depth chart for Alabama A&M game

Ahead of the 2025 season-opener against Alabama A&M later this week, the Arkansas football team released its Week 1 depth chart Monday.
Head coach Sam Pittman and the Razorbacks look to start their season off on the right foot against the Bulldogs, who finished 6-6 (4-4 SWAC) as a member of the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) a year ago.
The Hogs will feature multiple newcomers on both sides of the ball, so this depth chart will look much different than anything fans saw in 2024.

RT | E’Marion Harris OR Shaq McRoy | N/A | N/A |
The least surprising starter is quarterback Taylen Green, who returns for his second season in offensive coordinator Bobby Petrino’s offense. Mike Washington Jr., who received constant praise throughout fall camp, beat out returner Braylen Russell for the first-string running back job.
At wide receiver, O’Mega Blake, CJ Brown and Jalen Brown got the nod to kickoff the season, while Rohan Jones earned the starting spot at the “H” tight end.
Along the offensive line, the biggest question mark was who would win the right tackle battle. Returner E’Marion Harris is seemingly still in a battle with Shaq McRoy for the honor, at least to start the year. Other starters include Corey Robinson II (left tackle), Fernando Carmona Jr. (left guard), Caden Kitler (center) and either Kobe Branham or Harris (right guard).

S | Miguel Mitchell OR Caleb Wooden | N/A | N/A |
Headlining this side of the ball are defensive tackle Cam Ball, linebackers Stephen Dix Jr. and Xavian Sorey Jr., plus safety Larry Worth III, all of whom return from last season.
Quincy Rhodes Jr. takes over on the edge following Landon Jackson’s departure to the NFL and Justus Boone is in the lead at the other defensive end spot. Danny Saili’s body transformation wasn’t quite enough to earn the starting gig next to Ball in the interior over Ian Geffrard. Keyshawn Blackstock is also listed in the three-deep at DT after moving over from the offensive line.
The secondary is where most of the change is for the Arkansas defense. Kani Walker, Julian Neal and Jordan Young were all transfer additions over the offseason. Miguel Mitchell and Caleb Wooden are the other potential starting safties.
