Arkansas football’s recruiting class took a big hit on Thursday as four-star offensive tackle Bryce Gilmore has de-committed from the Razorbacks.

The four-star prospect out of Prosper, Texas, committed to the Razorbacks on June 2. He chose the Hogs over Ole Miss, Penn State, Arizona State and more than a dozen other offers.

Gilmore, who stands 6-foot-4 and weighs 270 pounds, ranks as the No. 13 tackle in the country, the No. 24 player in the state of Texas and the No. 172 player in the country overall. He was the Hogs’. highest-ranked player in the class of 2026.

With Gilmore’s defection from the class, Arkansas sits at 26 total commits in the 2026 class, which ranks No. 37 in the nation according to Rivals.

There are four offensive linemen in the class, as the Hogs have Lakeside three-star Tucker Young, three-star tackle Ashley Walker out of Florida, three-star Ben Mubenga from Buford, Georgia and Hugh Smith out of Ridge Point in Missouri City, Texas in the fold.
