While overseas games aren’t uncommon in college football, it’ll be the first time in the sport’s history to have a game played in Germany.

With this slight tweak of the schedule, it will allow the Wolverines to travel overseas and also afford a two-week timeframe to prepare for the now home-opener against Oklahoma, a return trip of the home-and-home series between the two programs.

The Wolverines head to Norman to face the Sooners in week two of the 2025 season.
