Tigers in the NFL: Tyler Badie gets active in multiple phases for Broncos

After missing the previous week, Tyler Badie returned to the Denver active roster with multiple roles.
The Broncos’ third running back reeled in both of his targets for 19 yards, helping quarterback Bo Nix convert a third down in a fourth-quarter drive that ended in a touchdown.
After RJ Harvey stepped out of bounds at the 6-yard line on a first-quarter kickoff, Badie took over return duties for the first time in his NFL career, taking four kicks for 96 total yards, including a long of 28. He also logged one tackle on special teams in a 33-32 win over the New York Giants.

Chicago rookie Luther Burden III reeled in one pass for 22 yards in a win over New Orleans on Sunday. The Bears wide receiver also got tagged for a negative gain on an end around, with Saints edge Carl Granderson forcing him inside for the stop. In 31-0 thumping of Las Vegas, Kansas City linebacker Nick Bolton tallied two tackles, one solo.
After missing back-to-back games for Arizona, defensive lineman Darius Robinson returned to the rotation Sunday. The 2024 first-rounder logged two tackles, one solo, in a 27-23 loss to Green Bay. Packers second-year linebacker Ty’Ron Hopper recorded one solo in the contest.
Isaiah McGuire picked up two tackles — one solo and one for loss — for Cleveland in a 31-6 win over Miami. Dolphins offensive tackle Larry Borom also recovered a fumble in that contest. San Francisco defensive tackle Jordan Elliot applied two quarterback hurries and assisted on two tackles during a Sunday Nigh Football victory.
