The Tigers shot +70 903 as a team.

Trent Mierl led the Tigers with a tie for 31st overall. On a par 70 course, Mierl shot 73-74-76–223.

Virgilio Paz rounded out the Tigers’ scores with a 72-79-84–235 to shoot +25.

The Clerico was the final event of the fall season for the Tigers.

“The last event of the fall was a tough finish for us, competing on a championship golf course in testing conditions,” Mizzou coach Glen Millican said. “Overall, we had a good season this fall. It stings a little with the ending, but in all reality, it was one bad tournament to go with four pretty good results. We did a nice job of showing improvement throughout the fall and have some positive momentum going into the offseason. We know some of the areas we need to work on to reach another level in the spring.”

The Tiger men will return to action with a trip to Hawaii for the John Burns Intercollegiate on Feb. 12-14.
