Latest Pitt and WPIAL Football Offers

Here’s an update on the latest offers extended by the Pitt football program along with ones extended to WPIAL players.

*Central Catholic 2027 defensive back Zachary Gleason receives an offer this morning from Terry Smith and Penn State. Gleason (6’0″, 165-pounds) holds Power 4 offers from Pitt, West Virginia, Syracuse, Rutgers, Virginia Tech, California, SMU, Indiana, Wisconsin, North Carolina and Michigan State.
*Pitt extended an offer last night to 2027 3-star running back Antwon Sanders III from C.E. King High School in Houston, Texas. Sanders (6’1″, 205-pounds) received the news from Brandon Bowie and RB coach Lindsey Lamar. Along with Pitt, Sanders holds Power 4 offers from Texas A&M, Houston, Arizona State and Utah.
*This Saturday, Pine-Richland 2027 4-star wide receiver Khalil Taylor will make a gameday visit for the Penn State/Ohio State game. Taylor was previously committed to Penn State. Last weekend, Taylor made an unofficial visit to Nebraska. On November 22nd, Taylor will travel to Eugene, Oregon for the matchup between USC and Oregon.
*Pitt has extended an offer to 2027 3-star linebacker Noah Renes from Niceville High School in Melbourne, Florida. Renes (6’3″, 230-pounds) holds other Power 4 offers from Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Indiana, Syracuse, Kansas, Duke, Illinois and West Virginia.
