Pat Narduzzi Breaks Down Pitt Win Over NC State
PITTSBURGH — Pitt football captured its fourth straight ACC victory over NC State Saturday night, 53-34.
The score appeared closer than it seemed as the Panthers dominated in the second half with freshman quarterback Mason Heintschel throwing for 423 yards — a Pitt freshman quarterback record.
On defense, Pitt was down both Kyle Louis and Rasheem Biles at linebacker, but the Panthers stood tall and the defensive depth made plays throughout the evening.
