Pitt Places Three on All-ACC Second Team
The Atlantic Coast Conference revealed its all-conference selections for the 2025 season as Pitt saw a list of players receive recegnition.
Three Pitt players were named to the All-ACC Second Team, while eight were named as honorable mentions. There were no Panthers named to the First Team for the third time under head coach Pat Narduzzi.
All-ACC Second Team
Linebackers Kyle Louis and Rasheem Biles, along with kicker Trey Butkowski were named to the All-ACC Second Team.
Louis, a returning All-American, finished second on the Pitt defense with 81 total tackles to go along with 8.5 tackles for loss, three sacks, two interceptions, two fumble recoveries and a forced fumble. Louis missed the second half of the Syracuse game and the entirety of the NC State matchup with an injury.
The redshirt junior is projected as the No. 2 safety on ESPN’s Mel Kiper’s 2026 NFL draft big board.
Biles, a junior, paced Pitt with 85 total tackles and 12 tackles for loss. He added 2.5 sacks, two interceptions, three pass breakups and one forced fumble. If it weren’t for his three games that he missed with injury, Biles would be a First Teamer.
Butkowsi surprised as a freshman kicker this season. He hit on 19-of-22 field-goal attempts (86.4%). He was 6-of-9 beyond 40 yards with a long of 47. He was 41-of-42 on PATs.
