Pitt vs. NC State Game Time, Channel Announced
The game time and channel have been announced for Pitt football’s Week 9 matchup against NC State.
Pitt and NC State on Oct. 25 will kick off at 3:30 p.m. EST on ACC Network at Acrisure Stadium, the ACC announced Monday morning.
The Panthers currently hold a 4-2 record and 2-1 mark in conference play after knocking off No. 25 Florida State in Tallahassee. Pitt has strung together its first ACC win-streak since mid-October of the 2024 season.
Freshman quarterback Mason Heintschel completed 21-of-29 passes against FSU for 321 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. Running back Desmond Reid returned to action Saturday with 200 all-purpose yards and two receiving touchdowns, while Ja’Kyrian Turner rushed for two more scores.
Prior to Pitt’s matchup against the Wolfpack, the Panthers will travel to Syracuse on Oct. 18 for a 7:30 kick.
NC State holds a 4-3 record and 1-2 mark in conference play. The Wolfpack are coming off a 56-10 victory over Campbell. The conference losses consist of Virginia Tech and Duke.
Pitt and NC State will meet for the first time since 2020 in only the second ACC matchup between the two schools. The Wolfpack won both meetings with a 30-29 win in 2020 and a 35-17 in 2017, both coming at Heinz Field.
