Pitt vs. Notre Dame Sold Out

It should come as no surprise that this morning it’s been announced that the Pitt/Notre Dame game on Saturday is sold out.
Aside from the fact that it’s matchup of two ranked teams (Pitt No. 22 vs. Notre Dame No. 9), there’s so much surrounding this game.
-Pitt will be retiring former Panther great Aaron Donald’s No. 97 at halftime.
-It’s the 50th anniversary of Hall of Fame running back Tony Dorsett’s 300+ yard rushing performance against Notre Dame.
-Pitt is on a 5-game win streak and trying to close out the season with 3 straight wins to earn a spot into the College Football Playoffs.
-Prior to the game, both ESPN’s College GameDay as well as ACC Network’s ACC Huddle pregame show will be live from Acrisure Stadium.

Here are some important times to keep in mind for Saturday:
*6:00 AM- Parking lots open
*6:30 AM- College GameDay pit opens
*9:00 AM- College GameDay begins
*10:00 AM- ACC Huddle live broadcast begins
*11:00 AM- College GameDay broadcast moves inside Acrisure Stadium.
This weekends game will be the first College Football Playoff Top-25 matchup at Acrisure Stadium.
