Pitt vs. Syracuse Game Time, Channel Announced

The game time and channel has been announced for Pitt football’s road matchup with Syracuse on Oct. 18.
Pitt-Syracuse will kickoff at 7:30 p.m. EST on the ACC Network from the JMA Wireless Dome, the conference announced Monday morning.
The Panthers have won six of the last seven meetings against Syracuse, including last year’s 41-13 victory at Acrisure Stadium in which the Panthers returned three interceptions for touchdowns.
Pitt currently stands at 3-2 (1-1 ACC) after a 48-7 blow out win over Boston College. True freshman quarterback Mason Heintschel shined in his first-career collegiate start with four touchdowns and no interceptions.
Before traveling to Syracuse, the Panthers will head to Tallahassee, Fla. to take on the 25th-ranked Florida State Seminoles. That game will kick off at noon and will be nationally televised on ESPN.
Syracuse has suffered two consecutive conference losses against Duke and on the road at SMU to bring their record to 3-3 (1-2 ACC). The Orange will have a bye week to reset before facing the Panthers.
