The PSN/Frank Walker Law Recruiting Notebook
With one week left in the regular season, recruiting will pick up and we have a few new offers from Pitt and to WPIAL players in the PSN Recruiting Notebook.
Keep in mind, National Signing Day will take place on December 3rd, followed by a second signing period in February.
Wrapped around that will be junior days that are very important for the players in the Class of 2027.

*Pitt football extends an offer to 2027 tight end Joshua Pettigrew from Houston County High School in Macon, Georgia. Pettigrew has a long list of offers including ones from Georgia Tech, Duke, Nebraska, Alabama, Mississippi State, South Florida, Arizona State, Cincinnati, Purdue and North Carolina.
*2027 Westinghouse linebacker Ja’Shawn Lewis (6’2″, 205-pounds) received an offer over the weekend from Eastern Michigan. This is a big one for Lewis and it becomes his first D-1 offer.
*During an unofficial visit, Woodland Hills 2027 athlete Malik McCloud receives an offer from Eastern Michigan. Prior to this news, McCloud received offers from Kent State, Toledo and Akron.
