Top WPIAL PG Josh Pratt Sets Decision Date

Lincoln Park (Midland, Pa.) 2026 point guard Josh Pratt is one of the top high school basketball prospects in Western Pennsylvania and he’s nearing his official college decision.
Pratt tells Pittsburgh Sports Now that he will make his commitment next weekend on Sept. 27.
The 6-1, 170-pound point guard collected eight Division I offers, but is down to a final four of Columbia, Drexel, Northeastern and Robert Morris. Pratt took official visits to each school over the past several months.
Of note, Pratt’s brother, LA Pratt, is a senior for the Northeastern Huskies. Both Columbia and Robert Morris were in to see Pratt at Lincoln Park this month.
Pratt will spend his senior season at Lincoln Park, the program he began his high school career at as a freshman.
He played the last two seasons at Aliquippa where he transformed into one of the top players in the Pittsburgh area.
Pratt helped the Quips win a WPIAL and PIAA title — a game in which he scored a game-high 36 points on 14 of 19 shooting against Holy Cross — in 2024.
As a junior, he averaged 22.2 points, 3.9 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game as he returned the Quips to the WPIAL title game for the third consecutive season before falling to South Allegheny. Pratt has scored over 1,100 points so far in his prep career and has been an all-around-playmaker that can shoot the three while also scoring at a high clip when driving towards the basket.
