WPIAL Game Day Visits, Plus Pitt/WPIAL Offers
We’re heading into another weekend of college football action which means that WPIAL recruits will be taking game day visits to various schools.
It’s time to take a look at some of those visits along with some recent offers that were extended over the last couple of days by Pitt along with to WPIAL players.
*Pitt extends an offer to 2027 offensive tackle Davis Seaman from Bishop Watterson High School in Columbus, Ohio. Seaman (6’5″, 265) received the news from Ryan Manalac and holds other Power 4 offers from Penn State, Ohio State, West Virginia, Illinois, Iowa State, Wake Forest, Auburn, Louisville, Vanderbilt, NC State and Cincinnati.
*Sacramento State continues to recruit the WPIAL as they extend offers to two young players on New Castle: freshman quarterback Marino Graham and sophomore wide receiver Kai Cox. This becomes the first offer for Graham and the second for Cox (Akron).
*Talented McKeesport 2027 4-star wide receiver Javien Robinson has announced that he’ll be making a game day visit to Columbus, Ohio to take in the Penn State/Ohio State game. Robinson has an offer from Penn State along with a number of other Power 4 schools but not Ohio State. Could that change on November 1st on his visit?
*Central Catholic 2027 cornerback Zachary Gleason will make a game day visit tomorrow to Wisconsin for their game against Iowa. Gleason currently holds offers from Wisconsin, Pitt, Michigan State, North Carolina, Indiana, SMU, California, Virginia Tech, Rutgers, Syracuse and West Virginia.
*Brashear 2028 wide receiver/cornerback Jahleel Anthony will make a game day visit tomorrow for Western Michigan’s homecoming game vs. Ball State. Anthony currently holds offers from Miami of Ohio and Kent State.
*Mars 2027 running back/linebacker Jameson Garvin will visit Akron tomorrow for their game against Miami of Ohio. Garvin is waiting on that first D-1 offer.
*Clairton 2028 athlete Brandon Murphy picks up an offer yesterday from Maryland. The talented sophomore has also picked up from West Virginia, Florida State, Pitt, Syracuse, Temple, Kentucky, Sacramento State, Penn State, Miami of Ohio, Akron, South Florida, Wisconsin and Western Michigan.
*Pine-Richland 2029 lineman Adam Barnett will travel to Penn State tomorrow for their game against Northwestern. Barnett currently holds offers from Liberty, Kent State, Sacramento State and Akron.
