Eight former West Virginia football players saw game action, with one landing on the inactive list during the NFL’s Week 7 slate. Here’s how they performed and what their PFF grades looked like.

Around the league

Colton McKivitz, T

McKivitz was exceptional in the San Francisco 49ers’ 20-10 victory over the Atlanta Falcons. This week, he was the ninth-highest graded offensive lineman in the league at 81.6.  He performed the best in the run game, allowing Christian McCaffrey to rush for 129 yards and two touchdowns.

Rex Sunahara, LS

Sunahara saw lots of action in the Cleveland Browns’ 31-6 win against the Miami Dolphins. With five snaps in kicking attempts and six snaps on punt coverage, he recorded his second solo tackle of the season.

Zach Frazier, C

Through seven games, Frazier’s PFF grade shows him as the Pittsburgh Steelers’ top offensive lineman with a 60.1 grade. In a 33-31 loss against the Cincinnati Bengals, he worked a 60.1 grade, allowing pressure and his second penalty of the season, a holding call in the first quarter.

Geno Smith, QB

The Las Vegas Raiders starting quarterback saw a season low in completions (10), passing attempts (16) and passing yards (67), without throwing for a touchdown. The Raiders failed to win their second consecutive game, as they were held scoreless and allowed 30 points to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Dante Stills, DT

The third-year defensive tackle participated in a season-low 31 snaps, as he averaged 37.7 snaps through the Arizona Cardinals’ first six games. Stills had two quarterback hurries and no tackles in a 27-23 loss against the Green Bay Packers.

David Sills V, WR

On the other side of the ball from McKivitz, Sills played in 29 snaps between the offense and special teams without a target, with the Falcons. His 29 snaps put him at 105 total on the season, the most since the 2022 season with the New York Giants, where he accumulated 269 snaps.

Rasul Douglas, CB

The Miami Dolphins cornerback played to his lowest grade of the season, 46. In 51 snaps, Douglas allowed one catch on two targets for 16 yards, with one tackle. On the season, Douglas has averaged three tackles and 23 yards allowed per game.

Austin Brinkman, LS

Brinkman was the worst graded special teams participant for the Houston Texans this week. He played a season high 10 snaps, seven punts and three kick attempts.

Wyatt Milum, G

After being activated for the first time last week (not seeing any snaps), Milum was inactive, but not due to injury. Fellow rookie, Robert Hainsley, returned from an injury, thus taking Milum’s spot on the 53-man roster.
