QB Khalil Wilkins plans to enter transfer portal
West Virginia quarterback Khalil Wilkins plans to enter the transfer portal when it opens Jan. 2.
Wilkins, 6-foot-3, 200-pounds, announced his decision on social media and will have three years of eligibility at his next destination.
The Maryland native redshirted in his first season and then completed 16-36 passes for 185 yards and a touchdown with two interceptions to go along with 243 yards and 2 rushing scores.
Wilkins started the BYU game this past season.
