Jordan Walker named among Big 12's PFF highest graded safeties

West Virginia already had a pair of cornerbacks named to the highest graded list from 2024 in the Big 12 and now Jordan Walker has made the list at safety.
Walker, 6-foot-0, 188-pounds, graded out at 75.1 last season during his time with UT Chattanooga. That total is good for the sixth best mark in the Big 12 Conference at the position.
Walker spent five seasons with the Mocs where he appeared in 37 games and recorded a total of 147 tackles, 9 tackles for loss, 9 passes defended and 4 interceptions.
He is coming off a season where he recorded 60 tackles, 7 pass breakups and 4 tackles for loss earning the high marks from the PFF grading system. Walker committed to West Virginia in the winter and spent spring ball with the Mountaineers.
Walker has one season of eligibility remaining in his career and joins fellow transfers Michael Coats and Jordan Scruggs as transfers that have made the lists from PFF.
