Wren Baker discusses expectations for football program

West Virginia Athletics Director Wren Baker simply doesn’t put a number to expectations for his coaches. That’s especially true for a first-year head coach such as in the case of Rich Rodriguez and the football program. But he does have some things that he wants to see develop.
