Each month of the Division I season, we’ll update our position power rankings to track the best players at each position. Our position rankings are determined by offensive and defensive statistics, the eye test on the field, strength of schedule and the player’s value to their team’s success.

Despite a slow start to the season, Tennessee’s Kiki Milloy is our top outfielder after picking it up with her bat. Milloy has got it done with her speed and defense throughout the year as well. BYU’s Violet Zavodnik, Duke’s Claire Davidson, Miami’s Jenna Golembiewski, Iowa State’s Angelina Allen and Virginia Tech’s Addy Greene have all been stroking the ball.
