2025 Preview: Auburn

Auburn kicks off the 2025 softball season with a fresh start as Chris and Kate Malveaux take the helm of the Tigers. The new coaching staff is focused on building structure within the program and is optimistic after a productive fall, although they recognize there’s still room for improvement. The Tigers will look different this season, especially in the circle, following the departure of All-American pitcher Maddie Penta, who graduated, along with several other key players.
