Alabama baseball will take part in the NCAA Hattiesburg Regional at Pete Taylor Park from May 30-June 2. The Crimson Tide will be joined by Columbia, Miami and host Southern Miss to open postseason play.

The Crimson Tide, the No. 2 seed, will get Regional play started with the third-seeded Hurricanes at 2 p.m. CT (on ESPN2), while the No. 16 nationally seeded Golden Eagles and No. 4 seed Lions meet at 6 p.m. The first round of NCAA Regionals will begin on Friday, May 30, and run through Monday, June 2. Each Regional is double-elimination, with only one team advancing from each Regional site into NCAA Super Regional play.

Alabama will be making its 28th all-time appearance in the NCAA Tournament and is playing in three consecutive Regionals for the first time since 2009-11. The Crimson Tide holds a 74-55 (.573) overall record in the NCAA Tournament, including a 60-39 (.606) mark in Regionals. Alabama has claimed eight Regional Championships in program history, including titles in 1950, 1983, 1996, 1997, 1999, 2006, 2010 and 2023.
