Mack began his college career at Penn State in 2023 and played in 13 games for the Nittany Lions. A former top-100 recruit out of St. Thomas Aquinas in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, will now be on his third school in as many years after choosing to enter the transfer portal.
Mack’s departure leaves Alabama with seven scholarship safeties for the 2025 season. The Crimson Tide is now also three players under the 85-scholarship limit. There are two days left until the transfer portal window closes for Alabama until the 10 days in the spring.
