Alabama OL Kadyn Proctor recognized as Walter Camp first-team All-American
Alabama offensive lineman Kadyn Proctor is a first-team All-American.
The 136th Walter Camp All-America team was announced on Friday night, and Proctor was the only Crimson Tide player to land on either the first or second team for the 2025-26 season.
Proctor has started all 13 games at left tackle this season and helped Alabama return to the College Football Playoff as the No. 9 seed. The junior has earned an 84.3 overall grade from Pro Football Focus, which is the second-highest overall grade among SEC offensive tackles.

Proctor tallied 883 total snaps at left tackle so far this season, surrendering just one sack in 534 pass blocking snaps on the season. He has not allowed a sack in 12 consecutive games since the Florida State loss in Week 1. Proctor has also been utilized as a ball carrier, turning five carries into 16 rushing yards and three first downs during Year 3 as a member of the Crimson Tide.
Walter Camp is one of five outlets used to determine consensus All-American status, along with the Associated Press, Football Writers Association of America, American Football Coaches Association and Sporting News. If three organizations select a player to their first team, then he earns consensus honors. If a player is named by all five, he is a unanimous selection.
The Walter Camp All-America team is selected by coaches and sports information directors.
