Alabama and Georgia will face off in the 2025 SEC Championship Game on Saturday, Dec. 6, in Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Kickoff for the conference title game is at 3 p.m. CT (ABC).

This will mark the fourth time the Crimson Tide and Bulldogs have met in Atlanta to decide the SEC champion. Alabama is 4-0 in those matchups. This will also be the second time the teams have met this season, with the Tide claiming a 24-21 win in Tuscaloosa on September 27.

Alabama (10-2, 7-1 SEC) moved up to No. 9 in the penultimate College Football Playoff top 25, while Georgia (11-1, 7-1) rose to No. 3. Leapfrogging Notre Dame is a sign that the Tide is likely to be included in the 12-team playoff field regardless of what happens in Saturday’s game.

But Alabama would like to take the decision completely out of the committee’s hands with a win over the Bulldogs. A win would give the Tide its 31st SEC title and 10th in the last 17 years.
