Alabama preparing for monster recruiting weekend in T-Town

BOL Senior Recruiting Editor Andrew Bone provides the latest Alabama football recruiting intel each week for subscribers.

Alabama will host many of the nation’s best recruits for its showdown against LSU this weekend. The visit list includes several priority targets, a heavy dose of Crimson Tide commitments and players ranked No. 1 at their position.

Jayshawn Ross, four-star EDGE from Liberty North High School in Kansas City, will take his first trip tp Alabama this weekend. The Crimson Tide extended Ross an offer three weeks ago before evaluating him in-person this past week. Alabama has yet to add an outside linebacker to its class.

Daniel Hill, four-star running back from Meridian High School in Mississippi, will return for his fourth visit to Alabama this fall. The Magnolia State athlete was scheduled to announce a decision on August 23. Is he Alabama’s to lose?

Hill may not be the only running back in T-Town this weekend.

A Top 100 defensive back in the ’24 class is also eyeing a return visit with the Crimson Tide this weekend.

The underclassmen roster visiting Alabama this weekend is about as good as it gets.

Where do things currently stand with a few Magnolia State targets? The latest on Ole Miss defensive line commitment William Echoles, four-star defensive lineman from Houston High School and Texas A&M linebacker commitment Tristan Jernigan, three-star linebacker from Tupelo High School.

Jordan Seaton, five-star offensive tackle from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, remains a must-get for the Crimson Tide. Find out where things currently stand in the pursuit of the best offensive lineman in the country.
