Final Availability Report: Will Germie Bernard, Parker Brailsford play at Auburn?
Alabama Football issued its final availability report before its road game against Auburn.
Wide receiver Germie Bernard and center Parker Brailsford, who were both previously listed as probable, were removed from the availability report and will play against the Tigers. The starters suffered minor injuries in the Oklahoma game and sat out last week vs. Eastern Illinois.
Linebacker QB Reese, who was also probable all week, was removed and can play, as well.
Eight players will miss Alabama’s Week 14 rivalry game against the Tigers — tight ends Josh Cuevas and Danny Lewis, running back Kevin Riley, linebackers Jah-Marien Latham and Abduall Sanders, defensive lineman Jeremiah Beaman and defensive backs Kameron Howard and Dre Kirkpatrick Jr., who will miss a fourth straight game due to a suspension.
Cuevas is the biggest loss. The senior starter is third on the team in catches (30) and receiving touchdowns (4) and fourth in receiving yards (341). Alabama will turn to true freshman Kaleb Edwards as its top tight end option, as well as Jay Lindsey and Marshall Pritchett.
The No. 10 Crimson Tide (9-2, 6-1 SEC) will face unranked Auburn (5-6, 1-6) later this evening at Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn, Ala. The Iron Bowl is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CT (ABC).

SEC Availability Report Policies
Beginning with the 2024-25 athletics season, all Southeastern Conference schools will provide public reports on the availability of student-athletes to participate in each conference game in the sports of football, men’s and women’s basketball and baseball.
In football, prior to a Saturday football game, an institution must issue the Initial Report on Wednesday by 7 p.m. CT and update the Availability Report once per day on Thursday and Friday (after the conclusion of practice and before 7 p.m.). These updated reports will be referred to as the “Thursday Update” and “Friday Update.”
On game day, an institution must provide one Game Day Update no later than 90 minutes before game time. On the Game Day Update, the only permissible designation statuses are:
• Available – Will dress for the game and be available to play
• Game Time Decision – Coaches and/or medical personnel need to evaluate the athlete in pre-game warmups before deciding whether he can participate in the game
• Out – Not dressing or available for the game
