The Alabama men’s basketball team has made it to the Sweet Sixteen for the third time in the last four seasons. The next step is to make it past Thursday to the Elite Eight, which would be a first for Nate Oats and company. That’s easier said than done though with No. 1-seed North Carolina standing in the Crimson Tide’s way.
The Tar Heels are 29-7 on the season, which includes a 28-point victory over No. 16-seed Wagner in the opening round and a 16-point win against Michigan State in the Round of 32. These two teams love to get up and down the court, so expect some exciting basketball on Thursday night.
