How to watch, listen to No. 10 Alabama vs. Eastern Illinois
No. 10 Alabama (8-2, 6-1 SEC) is looking to get back on track this week after suffering its second loss of the season to Oklahoma last time out. On Saturday the Crimson Tide will welcome in FCS foe Eastern Illinois for its final home game of the regular season.
The Panthers have had a rough season, currently sitting at 3-8 on the year with a 2-6 record in the OVC-Big South Association. Losers of six straight games, Eastern Illinois hasn’t won since an Oct. 4 matchup vs. Tennessee State.
Saturday is also Senior Day, where Alabama will honor 27 seniors (17 scholarship players) for their Alabama careers coming to an end. Included in the seniors being honored are two team captains, linebacker Deontae Lawson and defensive lineman Tim Keenan.
After falling to No. 10 in the latest College Football Playoff rankings, Alabama needs to keep winning to secure a spot in the SEC Championship and eventually the CFP. It will in all likelihood find itself in Atlanta playing for a conference title with a win over Auburn next weekend.
