The Southeastern Conference has announced game times and television networks for the league’s games on Oct. 18, including Alabama’s home matchup with Tennessee in this year’s Third Saturday in October rivalry. The game will kick off at 6:30 p.m. CT and will air on ABC from Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

It will be the Crimson Tide’s second straight home game with a chance to avenge one of last season’s losses. Tennessee beat Alabama 24-17 in Knoxville last season and has currently won two of the last three games in the series since breaking a 15-year losing streak in 2022.

The Volunteers currently sit right outside the top 10 at No. 12 in the AP Poll. They’ve started the year strong while breaking in a new quarterback, holding a 4-1 (1-1 SEC) record entering this week’s game against Arkansas. Tennessee’s lone loss on the season came at the hands of Georgia in overtime back in Week 3.

No. 8 Alabama has climbed back into the College Football Playoff conversation after its Week 1 loss to Florida State, rattling off four consecutive wins entering this week’s matchup on the road at No. 14 Missouri.
