The Southeastern Conference has announced game times and television networks for the league’s games on Oct. 4, including Alabama’s home matchup with Vanderbilt. The game will kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT and will air on either ABC or ESPN from Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

It will be a rematch from last year’s stunning upset, when the Commodores knocked off then-No. 1 Alabama in Nashville, 40-35. It was the Crimson Tide’s first of four losses last season, and its first loss under head coach Kalen DeBoer.

Vanderbilt has gotten off to a strong start this season, coming into this weekend with an undefeated 4-0 record including a road win over power conference foe Virginia Tech. The Commodores have a home tilt with Utah State this week, giving them a good chance to come into Tuscaloosa at 5-0 and maintain their top-20 AP ranking.

Alabama, on the other hand, has started the season 2-1, winning back-to-back games after a season-opening loss to current No. 8 Florida State. The 17th-ranked Crimson Tide was on bye this past weekend, getting ready for a monster matchup with No. 5 Georgia on the road this coming weekend.
