Alabama already made the rounds at SEC Media Days on Wednesday, July 16, but there was still plenty said about the Crimson Tide on Day 4 of the event at the Omni Atlanta Hotel. To end things on Thursday, Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri and Texas A&M took the stage.

I saw for the first time we played Alabama my freshman year, that was back when Coach Saban was coaching as well so you know they’ll be extremely disciplined.
